Along with performing a maintenance clean, we will also wet wipe baseboards, doors, cabinet fronts, blinds, windowsills, the top of the refrigerator and clean inside of the oven. If you want a spotless home from the outset, this is our most thorough and detailed clean. Most of our clients get a deep clean before starting recurring service.
This is our first-time maintenance clean and is designed for homes that do not require wet wiping of the woodwork. However, we will dust baseboards, doors, cabinet fronts, blinds, windowsills, and the top of the refrigerator. This clean still includes the full scope of work performed in our maintenance (recurring) clean. Please note in all our cleans, we only change the linens on one bed of your choice. But we do make all the beds in the home. If you would like the linens changed on more than one bed, please let us know. An extra fee does apply.
